4. How to change the thermal paper roll & place it correctly

Lift up the lever on the printer cover then pull up the cover gently (refer to first photo attached)

Please use two hands and do not use too much force to open it.

Make sure the paper roll is placed in the right way as shown (refer to second photo attached) or else it will not print.

Then gently close the printer cover using both hands.
